At Cricket Auction, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for tournament licence purchases.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund if:

  • The auction has not yet been started (no bidding has taken place).
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The tournament setup has not been shared with team owners or participants.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The auction has already been started or completed.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the licence purchase.
  • The request is due to a change of mind after the auction has been set up and shared with participants.
  • Free plan usage — no payment was made.

4. Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases where technical issues on our end prevented the auction from running properly, we may offer a partial refund or a free licence for a future auction at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp with your tournament details.
  2. Provide the tournament name and date of purchase.
  3. Describe the reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your tournament licence at any time before the auction starts. Cancellation after the auction has started does not qualify for a refund. To cancel, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
