By accessing or using Cricket Auction, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Cricket Auction is a web-based platform that enables tournament organizers to conduct live player auctions for cricket tournaments. The platform provides real-time bidding, team management, player pool management, and auction dashboards.

3. Account & Access

Cricket Auction operates on an invite-only basis. Accounts are created by administrators and access is granted through organizer invitations. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a tournament.

5. Tournament & Auction Data

Tournament organizers are responsible for the accuracy of tournament data, including team details, player information, and auction rules. Cricket Auction is not responsible for disputes arising from incorrect data entered by organizers.

6. Payments & Licences

  • Licence fees are charged per auction as per the selected plan.
  • Payment must be completed before the auction can be activated.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Licence fees are non-transferable between tournaments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Cricket Auction are the property of Cricket Auction and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cricket Auction is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cricket Auction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
